The reason for this sweepstake / giveaway is to promote the electronics channel of TechCorner.TV and to create a community of enthusiasts that like me, love electronics and share the knowledge, as I do.

Rules
I’ll try to make these rules easy to read and understand:
- The sweepstake/giveway is for the FNIRSI 1014D, it is new, only used in the review for the channel, but is supplied without any warranty of any kind from TechCorner.TV;
- For winning this item you should leave your name, email and Youtube public name on the form above;
- No purchase necessary to enter or win;
- You’ll have to subscribe the channel and watch, comment & like the following videos to be elegible for the sweepstake:
- You accept that your e-mail will be added to the TechCorner.TV newsletter, no span, a weekly e-mail or less, you can unsubscribe whenever you want;
- The requirements above IS THE REASON FOR THE SWEEPSTAKE/GIVEAWAY, FAILING TO COMPLY, IN CASE OF WINNING, WILL DISQUALIFY YOU AS WINNER! If this happens, a new winner will be selected and the verification process will start again until it is found a winner that complied with all the requirements.
- Each e-mail/user will have automatically 1 entry on the sweepstake. I’ll give the optional chance to have more entries by doing small challenges, like subscribing TechCorner.TV channel, likeing facebook page, follow on instagram or twitter, etc. These actions are not mandatory but will give you more chances of winning, since you’ll have more entries in the sweepstake;
- Each contestant will have a personal link for the sweepstake, if you share your link and someone register on the sweepstake using your personal link, you’ll earn more entries on the sweepstake;
- The delivery costs and custom taxes are responsability of the winner (if appllicable). You should arrange a pickup for the item you won using DHL, UPS or other shipping service you like and collect the item on premises, address will be given when needed;
- In case you won the sweepstake, for transparency, you authorize to reveal your Youtube public name was winner.
- Even its not a requirement, I’ll will be very grateful, if you can do a small video, photo or video call showing your new oscilloscope and allow me to share with the rest of the community;
- Youtube isn’t in any way related with this giveaway and TechCorner.TV is the sole responsible for its organization;
- According the GDPR I have to inform that, all the data collected will be used only to add to our mailing list hosted in Mailchimp.com or enter in contact with you in the case you win the sweepstake. The will not be shared with thirth parties, other the one already mentioned, and you have the right to consult or modify the data or even ask to delete from our system;
- Any situation that may arise from this sweepstake not mentioned before, is ruled by the portuguese law and courts, and any legal action must be submited in “Tribunal da Comarca de Cascais”, located in Cascais, Portugal.
- If you don’t agree with any of the rules above, please don’t enter this sweepstacke / giveaway, because by entering you’re giving your express consent and agreement of the above rules.
